Health Matters II

It turns out that I am no longer a hyperthyroid person. I was hypothyroid, then because of an overdose of iodine, my body became hyperthyroid and now I am back within the realm of normal. Apparently, this pendulum effect is normal.

And, because I still have a growth on my thyroid that increased in size, I have to monitor it and potentially get it biopsied in a few months to ensure that it is still benign and not cancerous. BTW-I have done this before and it was the most traumatic experience of my life. That's why I'm not looking forward to doing it again.

All of this begs the question-- If my thyroid isn't off anymore what is really causing these strange things? Blurg! Back to square one...

good to hear that at least it isn't something completley new, but I am praying that everything else is okay.
