Cool Stuff

I got a new iPhone for my birthday and have fallen in love with it. While I am still learning about all of the features and how to use them I have stumbled across a few applications that are pretty cool.

1. Evernote-a service which allows you to take notes, photos, voice recordings in order to track or remember tons of random information. The info gets uploaded to an online account and emailed to you so you can retrieve it anywhere like www.backpackit.com.
2. Pandora- it's incredible that this service is available on a mobile device.
3. Holy Bible- it's also amazing to me that they have this available to read and search. Maybe I am oblivious and they already have something like this online. But being able to search for a particular phase throughout the entire Bible is pretty neat.
4. Urban Spoon-you just shake the iPhone and it tells you the name of a local restaurant. Good for times when you are visiting and are in adventure mode.
5. Apple Remote- acts as a universal remote for ALL of your Apple products.
6. Where-tells you where you can find anything in a blink of an eye.
