What do Tommy Lasorda, Randy Newman, and I have in common? We were all at the Hollywood Bowl on July 4th to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Dodgers. Well, that's why they were there. I went to help Teej with set up for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society with Katie, Morgan, and Dave. I think the best part of the night was the fireworks, or more accurately pirotechnic explosions. That's why I included these pics.
It was a really fun event and I got to see Tiffany in a whole new light. She star the star that makes the lives of each and every one of the MS people brighter with her knowledge, expertise, empathy, patience, and hard work. They were all like little kids and she was like their Mickey Mouse. While on picture/miss congeniality crew with Katie, everyone asked if we were Tiffany and when we responded "No" they looked so disappointed. It was really cool to see her get some props and to see their faces when she spent some time with them as she worked the row. I hope she recognized her impact on their lives too.
