On Friday, I combined my love of competition with my creative skills in dunt da da da the Newport YSA's Christmas Derby.
Team Speedracer was kickass! I had a great team. Each of us did a different part of the process. Travis shaped and sanded the car. I painted and shalacked it. Chantry attached the wheels/axels. Emily made fancy shirts. All in all, we rocked it.
Sadly, the car did not do as well as we hoped but we had a lot of fun.
