Today I found a new brunch spot that was delicious. Hotel Tabard Inn is nestled between 17th and 18th on N Street, NW. It's a funky little hotel with lots of charm. Ellen and I waited about 30 min for a seat but it was well worth it. Homemade donuts covered in a light dusting of sugar and a side of whipped cream started us off. Yum! We had ample time to catch up and talk about life over our eggs beni and savory tart. Both were scrumptious and it was definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend it. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Yumm, that sounds delicious!! I definitely miss all of the good food that D.C. has to offer. One of my favorite places to go for brunch is called Teaism, near Dupont Circle. I made it a Sunday tradition to go to Dupont's Farmers Market and then to Teaism (if i still had space in my stomach). Have you checked any of those two out yet?
